Laithkirk Church, Teesdale
Laithkirk Church, nestled in the picturesque Lunedale Valley of Teesdale, has a rich history dating back to its origins as a 15th-century tithe barn for Lord Fitzhugh. Converted into a church in 1577 and later becoming a parish church in 1844, it has long served the local community. The church’s rustic stonework and serene countryside setting make it a perfect subject for both aerial and ground-level photography. This project captures Laithkirk’s tranquil beauty and preserves its historical significance within the Teesdale landscape.
